i sometimes forget about syd then after a while i think of a floyd song
then i realise syd is gone
i just wish he was here
I heard the sad news about Syd yesterday. It was very upsetting. My heart just sank and I cried. I couldn't believe it. It's a sad time for us all. Syd has touched all of our lives in some way. Thank you Syd for your wonderful music. I hope you now have the peace and happiness you always longed for. Rest In Peace Roger Keith "Syd" Barrett. You will always be in our hearts and your spirit will live forever shining on and on. xoxo :(

SYD was very OVERATED! the band would not be were it was today if it wasn't for DAVID GILMOUR, please you people give syd to much credit, i could have thrown alphebet soup and came up with better lyrics! please...Roger and Dave....the true genius minds behind Pink Floyd.

I bunch the syd solo, Piper and parts of Saucerful as a separate band to the 'other' Floyd. To clarify, I heard 70's Floyd first and then found Saucerful hidden in my dad's collection.

Lots of unreleased material (much of it is excellent)
The multitude of 'Syd' forgery songs

Photos and radio interviews
Copies of some of his sketches
Guess I rate him as an artist quite highly
