One is in fact Relics, but not A Nice Pair as far as I know. You're on the right track, though...think another compilation, a lesser known one.

It is indeed A Collection of Great Dance Songs, without a doubt the most un-Floydian album title they ever came up with.
It was not thought up by the band, but the record company, not surprisingly.

Vic Singh, (sp?) did Piper, Gerald Scarfe did the wall, i think roger did the final cut himself effectively, but there is also works, zabriskie point and a few other lesser releases that Storm didn't oversee.
