It is not the best but good album, it is better than AMLoR! I love most of all High hopes, What do you want from me, Wearing the..., Marooned, Keep talking (first three are my favourite songs).
I used to love this album. But that was, like, a year ago, and I think I hate it now. It just seems too much of a half-assed effort, and the band sounds, well, bored most of the time. High Hopes is passable, and Marooned is pretty neat, but the rest is pretty bad. And did Dave really have to rip off "Desolation Row" for the melody to "Lost for Words"? Is it really that hard to come up with an original melody these days? Hmm?
I love it. Really, really love it. I think it's the best album they did after Animals. I'm sure I'm in the minority on that, but that's alright. For some people it's not Pink Floyd without Roger Waters and they're entitled to think that way, but I've found most of those people also love The Final Cut, which is also a 3-man album. So either Rick is not instrumental in making something "Floydian" or Roger Waters IS Pink Floyd.

High Hopes, Coming Back To Life, Keep Talking, Marooned, Cluster One, Wearing The Inside Out....all amazing songs that absolutely add to the PF canon.
I used to love it, but these days any album where David Gilmour was in charge isn't worth hearing for me.
I found most of it to be garbage, but a pop-oriented Pink Floyd was sort of interesting.
I love everything about this record; It flows lyrically and musically. Its a great Floyd record in all aspects! High hopes is quite possibly the best finishing song on any Floyd record.....wait, it is!
