I have already said this, but welcome back, mate. I have a similar story (with regards to not listening to PF much very more and joining when I was 14) and it is wonderful to see an old member return after so long. Biggrin rocker
Thanks for the welcome back. Man, I just looked in my post history, the last time I posted regularly was in 2007.

When I first joined this forum I was 14 years old, now I am 19 and in College. My name is John, but you may also adress me by my username.
I play Clarinet, Sax, and am learning the electric bass. In the summertime I play Ultimate Frisbee and occasionally a game of street hockey.

We used to play a bit of ball hockey probably when we were your age. Although it was more like tennis ball hockey on tennis courts, playing at first just running around before progressing to inline skates on a few outdoor hockey rinks and then ultimately in rolladiums and various size indoor rinks and such.
I am a goaltender. How you doin'?
The name's Jeffery, I'm twenty-seven years of age & I reside in Southwestern, Ohio. I'm currently involved with a young lady who has two boys whom I've become very attached/close to as well. I'm currently involved with the local police academy too & once complete plan on getting a job as a police officer in a local department. My father is a retired homicide detective & my uncle is a police officer too, so I guess you could say it runs in my family & some things sort of come full circle.

I'm a LaVeyan Satanist. For those not in the know, here's a brief little synopsis to what that specific religion/philosophy entails...

LaVeyan Satanism was founded in 1966 by Anton LaVey. Its teachings are based on individualism, self-indulgence, and "eye for an eye" morality, drawing influences from the rituals and ceremonies of occultist Aleister Crowley, and the philosophies of Friedrich Nietzsche and Ayn Rand. Employing Crowley's terminology, its adherents define Satanism as a "Left-Hand Path" religion and philosophy, rejecting traditional "Right-Hand Path" religions such as Christianity for their perceived denial of life and emphasis on guilt and abstinence. Unlike Theistic Satanism, LaVeyan Satanism does not involve worship of any deity, but rather uses "Satan" as a symbol of carnality and earthly values, of man's inherent nature.

Politically speaking I'm extremely right-wing with the majority of my views too, which is quite a shock to most. I enjoy the unconventional side of life, working out/fitness, cooking, collecting, reading, occultism, the taboo, W.W. II, history, learning, debating, law enforcement, traveling, music (Black/Death Metal, Punk Rock, Hardcore, Classical, Old-Time Country, Bluegrass, Noise, Grindcore, etc.), horror/splatter/gore flicks, dark beers & staying in on a Friday night. I'm a brutally honest individual who despises most in which I come into contact with on a daily basis. I treat others the way in which they treat me. I believe in the silver rule, for the golden rule is for the weak, in my opinion. I am big on respect & manners & giving my love/admiration to those deserving of it, instead of wasting my time with/on ingrates.

I got into Floyd's music as a child, thanks to my uncle who had a few tapes lying around. My favorite album is Wish You Were Here & the Pulse DVD in my opinion is one of the greatest concert DVD's ever released, hands down.

It's a pleasure being here & I look forward to conversing with each & every one of you. I look/hope to bring nothing but positivity to the table. Here are a few pictures too, since it's always nice putting a face to a name...
