While we are at it, did you ever notice that you will see Mexicans working in the dishroom of Chinese restaurant but never any Asian cooks in the Mexican cantina.

I once worked for a lady who made me jello with a load of mayonaisse on it. I thought it was whipped cream. Yucko. Spooned up a mouthful, & very quickly realized my undelightful surprise. then went to the restroom to spit it out.

Rubber calamari was overcooked. It is not supposed to be rubbery.
2 of 4 of my kids like anchovies so when we go to the pizza parlor and order it, the cook always has to come out and see who ordered it. They freak when ther is a 3 and 9 year old munching down on annchovies. lol.
it's not a good idea to eat undercooked meat. :P
Sashimi. Whenever I get a craving for raw fish, I'll bite a goldfish.
