Saying you hate something even if you don't, or saying you like something even if you don't, is in no way connected to the word "integrity." Integrity is being truthful or honest to oneself about something. There's no such thing as "self-integrity." All integrity that you have is inherently personal, as it's considered a personal quality. So if you're lying about something, even if it's something as ridiculous as whether or not you like cookies, that is NOT showing that you have integrity.
Now, if you're talking about being something or someone you aren't, that's not called "artificial integrity", that's called being disingenuous.
In fact, Joe, I got no decent results when I googled artificial integrity. I'm quite sure it's not generally accepted as an actual term.
