I heard this on the radio today. I only caught the last 4 as I was at work most of the day.
No:4. Bono. I can live with that.
No:3. Micheal Hutchence. Debatable.
No:2. Freddie Mercuty. Understandable.
No:1. JON BON JOVI!!!
...I nearly spat at the frickin' radio but I'm the one that would have to clean it up. I also rue the fact that I can spell his name properly.
Jon Bon Jovi? Huh? He's got a decent voice, but say what?
Well, Australians also eat vegemite, so we can't say much about their taste.

There's nowt wrong with Vegemite

Vegemite is bangin'. ):
Then again, I suppose you have to grow up with its taste.
Please enlight me, what is vegemite?
I know what a mite is, but a vegetarian one?

Vegemite is like a yeast spread, I think. It's similar to marmite. Both are disgusting.
But hey, if any PFO'ers out there like it, you have stronger stomachs than me!
Yest spread? I guess it's the kind of stuff you'll have to be fed from an early age to be able to appreciate.

Doesn't sound like a delicacy, but we eat a lot of weired food here as well that nobody outside the borders can stomach.
Jon Bon Jovi? Are you serious? I could see him MAYBE being in the top 20, but not in the top 10. That's like putting Bob Dylan in the top 5. The guy was a brilliant song writer to be sure, but his voice left a little something to be desired.
What radio station was this? :o
Dylan was a great vocalist in that he was a unique vocalist. At the time, no one sounded like that. Springsteen is very Dylan-esque in his singing, which is why not everyone cares for him. I happen to love Bruce's voice but I can see how it grates on some people.

I totally agree with you on Dylan and Springsteen. To appreciate their voices is an acquired taste. Not everyone will like them. I personally do. I don't think they should make the top five though. ( I think Nat King Cole should have been one of them though!)
I think another three to add to this clique of voices are Tom Petty, Joe Cocker and the great 'Satchmo'. If anyone can think of other unique voices, please add to the list! Now I am going through my own catalog in my head, lol
