I just came back from a used record sale. Records though mind you and not compact discs.
The pickings were pretty slim. They were boasting a sale of the l.p.s and 45s but were rather proud to hang on to the better stuff, it seems. I had much better luck at a record sale when the store owner died and they were selling everything.
But this time I picked up the following:

Some of these were only a quarter and the covers are not in good shape. $10 total
I was a little disappointed and I really had the urge to go ahead and stop at a thrift shop to look at their used compact disc selections but I talked myself out of it and instead went to the grocery store for some milk and cereal and a donation to Harvesters. I just have to let these cool my fix for some time

Recently purchased. Let's see. There was a donation to another internet forum. Bought some cookies and candy. Black Eyed Peas disc for my wife.

Oh. And....

We got NASA Causeway Launch Viewing tickets!! (shakes his bare ass)
This tickets allow us admission to the closest public view of a shuttle launch. Six miles from the white dragon!

A new copy of Relics on vinyl since the one I purchased back in October never arrived and I hadn't found a really, really good quality copy until just this past weekend.
