Whats a mac and cheese? Is it just a cheeseburger?
EDIT: It's just macarroni cheese? How did it take 2 weeks to "find" it? I can make a macarroni cheese in less than an hour....

you can make mac and cheese...but is it the cheesiest?
Oh yes it is. I used 500g (17.6oz) of macarroni and 400g (14.1oz) of strong cheddar, as well as cheese sauce to make it creamy. Makes enough for about 5 people.
Woooow

! If you can tell me how to make it, I'd be the happiest person ever...keep in mind, I do not know how to boil an egg, so you'll have to be very very specific

Why not learn to walk before you can run Joe?
Boiled Egg recipe.
Preparation Time
5 minutes
Cooking Time
2 minutes
Ingredients (serves 2)
2 eggs, at room temperature
Buttered toast fingers, to serve
Method
1. Place the eggs in a small saucepan and cover with cold water. Cover and bring the water to the boil over high heat. Reduce heat immediately to medium and gently boil, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute per egg for a soft-boiled egg, 2 minutes per egg for a medium-boiled egg, and 3 minutes per egg for a hard-boiled egg.
2. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the boiled eggs from the water and place in egg cups. Serve the eggs immediately served with the toast fingers.
Maybe it's just because I learned to cook at a rather young age, but I don't see how macaroni and cheese is a hard dish to make. Cheese sauces are rather simple, once you learn the base. Start with a bechemel, which you can find the recipe for online, and then add shredded cheese to your taste. You can make white cheese sauces, yellow cheese sauces, blue cheese sauces (which I don't care for, but maybe you do).....then you can put those cheese sauces over pasta, vegetables, potatoes.....hell, you could make Welsh rarebit too.
I've recently bought the following:
- Genesis 1970-1975 (SACD/DVD)
- Genesis 1976-1982 (SACD/DVD)
- Genesis 1983-1998 (SACD/DVD)
- Bronson (DVD)
- Music of the Speheres - Mike Oldfield (CD)
- Treasure Island - the Sky1 mini-series with Eddie Izzard (Blu-ray)
.... oh and I just bought my first house.

1. Boil 500g of macarroni until cooked.
2. Make cheese sauce, comes in powder form from all supermarkets. Usually just add semi-skimmed milk and maybe water (depending on brand), by following instructions on the packet.
3. Make a layer of macarroni in a large baking dish.
4. Add a layer of strong cheddar (grated).
5. Add a layer of cheese sauce.
6. Repeat steps 3-5 until all ingredients are used up.
7. Place grated bread crumbs on top for a final layer.
8. Add some more grated cheddar if you have any left over.
9. Add come cracked black pepper to the top.
10. Place in the oven at approx 160-180C for 30 mins.
11. Eat.
I've been buying lots of vinyl -- Licensed To Ill, Paul's Boutique, Check Your Head, Ill Communication, Hello Nasty, Solid Gold Hits, The Mix-Up, and Hot Sauce Committee Part Two from the Beastie Boys. They're one of my favorite groups, and I finally had the means of getting the original vinyl releases and the remasters on vinyl, so I did.
Also, I bought the Wish You Were Here Making Of DVD, and I'll be getting that tomorrow. My birthday was earlier this month, so all of this was a treat.
