I would like to point out that -- off the top of my head -- at least three U.S. attacks in the last decade were not led by Muslim extremists: Oklahoma City (anti-government white guys), Columbine (high school goths), and the 1996 Atlanta Olympic bombings (a white supremist).
Just tell me how you're going to screen and deport the goths and white supremists.
Some people here like to think they are "intellectual" because they have handy reference to a thesaurus, but all they are capable of typing are 500-word, rambling posts that add up to nothing.

The US Republican Administration is gradually chipping away at the First Amendment (very dangerous), when it should be having a darn good look at the relevance, in the 21st Century, of the Second Amendment - this aint the wild lawless Frontier no more. :unclesam:

You want to give people the power to take lives based on age, education and job status? That'll create chaos. Power granted by a gun is a great and terrible beauty. A gun can offer protection or it can make a person a murderer and criminal. It's just as easy as some bum with a gun to commit a crime as it is for some executive to commit a crime. The right to bear arms just that, a right granted by the consitution. With rights, comes power, and many times people misuse that power.
I personally don't want a gun. That's too much of a responsibility. I don't want the ablity to take lives. I'd rather the power to give life.
All I know is, here in America we have an estimated 13 to 16 million illegal immigrants, between 400 and 900 sneak in everyday! A majority of these people sh*t all over America and they should be REMOVED IMMEDIATLEY! If you wanna live in America, you have to..
A) Obey the Law.
B) Pay Taxes.
C) Learn English, not the entire language, but some of it.
D) Accept American Culture.
E) Become a legal citizen.
Some of the people that immigrate here do all of these things and they better themselves, their families and the country. But, a majority of them don't do any of these things!! They come here and work the system which is hurting this great nation! Deport them all now!!
We need to strengthen our borders and really monitor who comes into our country! Terrorists could sneak in easily, I guarantee there are terrorists living here right now! If we protect our borders, we don't have to deport people, we can turn them away before they even get in!
The White Supremist Movement is practically dead,it's getting smaller everyday, it'll be gone in like 5 years.
Columbine could have easily been prevented if the parents just stepped in!
The White supremists will be gone in five years, I doubt it. As for border control, yes we should have stricter control, but I think we should make it easier for immigrants to become legalized. I have a friend, from Pakistan, whose family waited over 20 years to get into this country. A lot of people apply but never make it in, so they decide to risk it and come here illegally.
P.S: The terrorist who came and attacked us on 9/11 were here legally on visas, were they not?
In the 1940's there was a huge surge of Mexican immigratants, and we did deport thousands, however most of the people we were deporting were legal and were following the laws and customs of America. It's hard to deport those who are in hiding.

The 2nd Amendment is just as important as the 1st Amendment. A majority of those 11,000 kills are committed by crimminals, or people who just should not be allowed to have them! As long as the bad guys don't get the guns in their hands, then guns are fine! As long as it's the bad guys who are getting killed then fine, no problem there!
Guns are just like cars, there's good drivers, who obey the rules of the road and who are safe and there are terrible drivers who don't follow the rules of the road and kill people!
All we need to do is keep guns out of the wrong hands and we'll be fine!
