I know that Syd wrote it when he was 16, that Gilmour keep it in the dark for ages before releasing it. But does anybody know when and where it was recorded? It would also be nice to know if it was recorded more than once?

it was written in 1970 and is include on the 'wouldnt you miss me' compilation. david had it in his private collection for years before releasing it. i only know that it was recorded from a session. which one, i dont know

That would be cool but I don't think I'll take anything until I figure out why my realplayer set-up isn't working.
