Of course the name "Off The Wall" was supposed to be a PF reference ("The Wall") but unfortunately it seems to carry Michael Jackson connotations, having as it does the same name as his album. Let's just hope this doesn't turn into a discussion about men changing colour, love of chimpanzees and Jarvis Cocker's arse.

LOL, can you think of a better topic name? I was thinking "Outside The Wall" might be a good name for the Off-Topic category too. =)
- simps - 06-12-2002 08:02 AM
I agree, PFonline that "Outside The Wall" might be one of the best names for the off-topic category. That is the name of the track after The Trial has taken place, isn't it? It's certainly very similar. I definitely think "Off The Wall" should go, it's not too appropriate for PF. Of course you could just keep it simple with a name like "Not About Pink Floyd" or "General Chat" etc, but I like the sound of "Outside The Wall". There's a ring to it, I think.

Changed it to "Outside the Wall" :thumbs-up:

I agree, nice change! :) It really does make more sense with of course a Floydian theme (hmm but isn't that ironic though since it's a non-floydian category? LOL).
- simps - 06-14-2002 02:20 PM
It's an irony that I'm happy with, Jintzey.
- Jintzey - 06-16-2002 02:08 AM
So does that make it floydianly non-floydian? ;)
- pinklady - 06-17-2002 04:29 PM
the title is cool. isnt that what it was about anyway?
- simps - 06-18-2002 01:02 AM
Your guess is as good as mine on that one, my dear Jintzey.

Freddie Wrote:i feel uneasy reading some of this.Congratulations...You take the first prize for hypocrisy, Freddie, since I'm sure none of those disgusting posts you made about abusing children in dungeons on the original forum when you still used the name Regan would have made anyone feel uneasy.
- Freddie - 07-09-2002 07:35 AM
banter my boy....banter. what i would find uneasy is keeping letters on the wall of my room from girls that i hardly knew.eg. sharon. wowser will back me up on this. and also getting your cock out every time you were pissed in front of the ladies in the first year, i believe, would warrant slightly strange behaviour. no?

If attempting to belittle me all the time helps pass the time during your boring days at work or makes you feel strong then so be it, but please don't bring any talk of Sharon into this, Regan (Freddie). Even if you insist on ripping me off for money, at least refrain from going any lower than that. By the way, she wrote to me again a couple of weeks ago and as usual sends her regards to everyone from the flat.
In an ideal world I could come to this site for intelligent discussion about PF without having to be abused at the hands of my supposed friends.

i think people need to know who they are dealing with. The Freddie talks truth here

Somehow listening to the fletcher memorial home while reading this seems appropriate.
