No. In the beginning of the song (Something Else) he's playing a Farfisa Compact Duo organ, which is an electronic instrument he played in the early years of the band. He then switches to grand piano. (Syncopated Pandemonium) For the finale (Storm Signal / Celestial Voices) he plays a Hammond B3. The Farfisa can be seen in the background of one shot. I don't think Hammond ever marketed a B4 model. This is software you can buy that allows a programmable keyboard to be played like a B3.
