Spam Reporting Procedure - The 1st Reporter -- one word reply

I'm making this a separate topic in an effort to make this process more efficient. The first person who reports SPAM should also post a one word reply ("reported") to the SPAM message. If you do this, then the next person who wants to report that post will then see that it's already been reported. This way, we (the Mods) wont get bombarded with multiple reports on the same post (and have to click multiple times on reports only to learn that the offending post has already been deleted by one of our number).

This having been said, the responses should be limited to one word only -- no effort to engage the spammer should be made

O. K. I am sorry - I know I am a culprit of posting more than one word messages to spammers. It just gets me annoyed. Anyway, thanks fo the heads up and in the future that is what I will do.

I think the "reported" post should be posted before reporting the post - otherwise while one person is posting "reported", someone else is also reporting it, as happened recently with CN212 and PFMC.

that's a good idea, just as long as people don't say "reported" and forget to report it.
