Poll: Favorite Waters Solo Album

I would put it this way:

1). ATD
2). Radio Kaos
3). Pros and Cons

Radio Kaos actually has excellent tunes... it's just that the production is WAAAAY 80's, so much that it makes AMLOR sound stripped-down by comparison.

I really should listen to Pros and Cons again... could never really get into it, besides Every Stranger's Eyes. The PLAYING is excellent--I'm not a huge Clapton fan, but he does a great job on this album, and Roger sings very well too, but the album is kind of melodically-challenged, and I can't really relate to the words the way I usually can to Roger's lyrics. But, who knows--maybe I should give it a few more spins and see if it will finally grab me after 25-odd years. I DO really like TFC, but that's largely because I love the lyrics.

ATD is definitely the best one, so in my opinion, every one of Roger's solo albums (unless you count TFC) has been better than the last. I hope the next one follows this trend! (if Roger ever gets around to making it, that is!)
