RE: Division Bell Vinyl (blue)
I'll have a look at some of mine. I do have 19 copies of this LP in 7 colours and one double LP.
From memory some of the green LP's have the black swirls in the colour, I have seen it described as marbling.

There are at least two different mixes to this LP. The light (sky) blue US pressing and some of the other colours have a heart beat recorded on Richards song, "Wearing the inside out". On some of the others the beat is at the begining of side two. I've never been able to find out why the difference.

I love this LP('s), and have many parts of it as my mobile phone ring tone. It's also the only PF LP to go number one in both the US and the UK and also the LP from which PF's (MkI, II & III) only Grammy was lifted from.

Enjoy and let us know if you find out any more info on this LP('s).

That is one of the most amazing PF websites I've ever seen. I've had fun going through all my vinyl and checking the matrix numbers, in order to find out what issue/pressing I've got.

Thanks so much for sharing that with us. Smile

wow you have 19 copies!!! You're a real collector I suppose. Well mine is not the U.S. Print and Ill make sure to listen for the heart beat when I listen to it. I'll just assume my record is standard U.K. Issue (it said EMI United Kingdom on the cover) until I can get it looked at. One question, where did you get all your copies and for how much?

You're welcomed.
It's a great site, but it didn't help me much with some of my LP's.
I've got a green German pressing of WYWH that's not listed as well as a blue Israeli pressing of the Wall that isn't listed either. I couldn't find out much about some of the Division Bell LP I have either.
As far as standard pressing go, it's great info.
It's great to hear you're into Vinyl, the best way in listen to Floyd (IMO).
Cheers,
wd.

Work hard.

A few are still sealed, so I haven't played them all, but I've played all the open ones including the picture disc. I tend to play one of the light blue US or a red UK pressing mostly.
