Best Syd Magazine article - what do you think?

Following Syd's death, there were countless tribute issues. I managed to find three: NME, Uncut and Record Collector.

Out of the three I think the Uncut one was the best. It provided enough information on Syd's career with Pink Floyd as well as his solo career, and it was quite touching and poignant where it needed to be as well.

NME's article was good, I really enjoyed the classic archive interview they put in as well.

Out of the three I think the Record Collector article was the weakest. Although still relatively informative, it tended to brush past Syd's solo stuff almost completely.

Did anyone else read these articles, or any others that there may have been? I'd be interested to know...

I've read both 'MOJO' and 'Uncut'. I think 'MOJO's main article was a bit more sincere and heartfelt.

I've read Mojo and Uncut and I preferred Mojo. I also got Classic Rock which I haven't read yet but I've looked at the pictures and there are some really nice ones there.

No sorry.. edit:
It's Classic Rock I've read and Uncut I haven't but the many great pictures are in Uncut. Classic Rock doesn't have much really. But nice anyway.
And Mojo still good. :upside:

Off Topic - I notice that both MOJO and Uncut talk about an older artist named Captain Beefheart; has he died, or something?

Edit: Never mind, his albums are getting remastered.

Damn! Went to buy MOJO today, but they've bought the new one out!

Is there a website I can check out? Or a copy of the article elsewhere??
