I'm not really a fan of any new bands, which sucks because I was born in 1985, so I'm kind of off the mark for the type of music I like. I missed most of the good stuff!

Hey, if you guys are interested in a modern Pink-Floyd sounding band, check out Porcupine Tree. I can bet that you won't be let down. If you've ever heard of ign.com, there are dozens of people on the forum over there that love this band dearly and many who are converted, I being one of them. Check 'em out. You can find their latest album, "In Absentia" for about 11 bucks new.

At least your bold enough on a PF board to say they are only your thrid favorite band. Most would just say it was their absolute favorite to avoid confrontation or avoid having to really think about whether or not its true.
