The Welcome To The Machine bootleg is amazing. I ordered it from some recommended Japanese company, great service. I can't remember the address though, Sliver CD's or something.

there are tons free on WinMX and you can also buy them all over ebay if you want/desire originals

In The Flesh is probably the best bootleg to get if you want to hear stuff from WYWH and Animals... it's from the North American leg of the Animals tour, I believe. Good sound quality (in comparison to almost every other boot I've heard, at least!), the band is in top form, and the setlist includes a very special version of CWTAE that includes a little sax solo from Dick Parry.

I personally downloaded it from a Carracho server... so I can't help you get it for free. There are a good deal of sites that sell boots, though... so don't give up hope!

you think so, I thought "Plays the Animals" recording was a little better, same show but the over-all quality I thought was a tad better, it was an awesome show either way though!

i received todays mail 10 cds(HYGIY 1-10) of rare syd barrett/pink floyd material... :p
but ive already have those cds...

my uncle has a skadillion bootlegs of pink floyd on lp.

i don't know if anyone is familiar with the "cymbeline" bootleg, but he claims it's an amazing bootleg. he says that they do a major freak out part that is mind-cluttering (which is always a good thing) and actually do atom heart mother with the actual choir/orchestra (which is better than dave trying to do it himself, haha!)...

sounds great, but unfortunately we don't have the equipment to burn them onto cd-r. he has about 7 or 8 different bootlegs on lp, though...

very interesting covers as well...
