Read that as "I do not intend to argue with him. If he doesn't let me do what I want, I will simply walk out and there will be no album".

Nah, I was being harsh on Roger. I think those days are largely gone now.

No album possible IMO. Their egos are still too big. But perhaps some more concerts...

I see what you say, but if it were down to new album then tour, or tour and album of tour, (we will have to assume for the sakes of argument that they don't release album>tour>album of tour), I would like new material.

I think if they were to make a new album Roger would try and be civilized. If he thought Dave was being unreasonable then i'm sure we'd see the old Roger again.

My personal opinion is that RW is desperate to play with the band in some capacity again. Look at him at Live 8, look at his quotes over the passed few months. He started off by saying "It wouldn't be good for me and Dave to work together since our views differ so much" and now he's talking about a new album. I think/hope that something will happen eventually, what that is I just don't know.

I think they can actually sit and make it.I think there will be no rivalry.They don't care anymore,they don't care for these things such as band leaders,principal songwriters...And ,if they do make it,it will be,i feel,somthing unique,something specia,just like DSOTM was.
