I have about 50-60 by the floyd and a few others from other artists. I only really started to trade about 6-9 months ago and only started the other artists trading in the last few weeks. I really like some of them, but the way I look upon them is you can either play all the albums dozens of times and run the risk of getting bored of them, or play dozens of roios once each and hear the same thing a little differently each time, thus not becoming bored with them so easily.

I've been collecting bootlegs/ROIO's for years now-not just Floyd but many other bands....
It can get overwhelming.....I do love to hear similar setlists and pick out my favorite versions....the same song done 20 different times at different venues-but it seems a few always stand out.....
Quality is the key here....it's a shame I have some that are so superb overall but have people talking in the audience who were closest to the mic when it was recorded.....I'm always looking to upgrade....
This was nearly impossible before the cyber-era came to be...
I remember getting early bootlegs from trades from Cream, Circus, Crawdaddy, etc.....
Now, it's pretty easy to get yourself a nice ROIO collection of any band....it's all at your fingertips!

On this day in 1968, PF played at the Rome International Pop Festival and it was the very last time they played Pow R. Toc H.
