I'm a little skeptical this was really David Gilmour, but if I remember right, he has said in the past that he's visited some of the Pink Floyd sites!

So I suppose it's possible! Kind of seems like something Gilmour might say...

hello everyone, great site, nice to see the music still thrives in newer generations. I was playin along with some tabs earlier - Time, i must say has been tabbed really well, i commend all of you who have put in the great deal of effort and time that they must have taken.
oh and i know Roger and I only communicate through christmas cards but really, there is no need to dwell on it. We don't. Just keep listening to the music, it's there to make the fans happy and not to cause conflict. Thanks again. D

You read it first time through , and it sounds like someone trying to be David. You read it through a again (using David's warm tones) and it does sound a bit like him! No harm in thinking it was him! (I wouldn't put it into the news section, though)

I'd like to think it was him. Dave, if you're reading this and need a bass player for any upcoming "projects" [wink, wink], I'm available at your whim!! I wish there was an emoticon for "craps pants"...

I think it sounds Exactly like Mr Gilmour, most people on music fan sites like this one always wonder and hope the artist being talked about reads the site, and hopes they will write something, well,i think good old Mr Gilmour has read and written on this site,so,lets not argue over weather it is him or not, just be glad that he took the time to look.

Yeah, it's too bad they vanished into an alternate dimension. A real shame.
