User Mass Advertising In Pink Floyd Forum - Dark Side of the Web has 4 ad topics!

I was wondering if something could be done to stop the user darkside of the web from advertising in the forum. He has 4 topics advertising rare pink floyd items at the same site which is bumping other topics off the front page. I was hoping a mod could help.
