i have NEVER EVER posted a copyrighted file. i posted that to spite you. it was childish what i did, and i apologise for the mistake i made. i wasn't going to post a fair forgery. you are right. you mods have a hrd job. but it does not mean you judge one mans actions on one post alone. this snowballed. i never meant it to, and im sure you never meant it to. you delted the post. i did not mind. the arguement went on to copyright. i did not mention once that i would post it up after you deleted it. another mod, kimbers sheep, came in and decide, i am sure him/hesrself, to singlhandly get me a box.

now. i ask you this, w1p. man to man. about our conversation, OUR CONVERSATION, about copyright, did i deserve a box?

Yes ANOTHER "bait and switch" tactic -- a claim of innoncence because he did not "actually" upload a copyrighted file. You offered copyrighted files and you've now admitted you did so out of spite. That's multiple violations of the rules. It is not a valid defense to say "I offered the files but I didn't mean it." Although had you said that in the wake of the deletion of your post instead of waiting days, you might have avoided all of this. Instead, you responded to the deletion with completely uncalled for vitriol and completely inaccurate claims that you "did nothing wrong"

Absolutely you not only deserved "a box," you should have been given several for (1) posting an offer of A Fair Forgery; (2) posting specifically to spite a poster and (3) posting an offer of Billy Sherwood's Wall album. And I haven't scrutinized all your other postings but if there are any offers of copyrighted files (even, "hey I can't post them here, but email me and I'll send you copies), those deserve boxes as well.

And this statement from you "you delted the post. i did not mind. the arguement went on to copyright. i did not mention once that i would post it up after you deleted it." is also inaccurate. After I deleted your orginal, you started an believable campaign of misinformation and unwarranted attack startin with your post entitled "a post deletion" claiming you did nothing wrong and establishing firmly that you "minded" the deletion. Then you posted an offer of Billy Sherwood's album.

who the f.uck is billy sherwood, and did i post a fair forgery? you keep repeating yourself. are you copying and pasting? you know you are wrong. everone that knows what im like knows that you are wrong. your the only one that is saying i THREATNED to do this. but after recieving a box (presumably to shut me up) i didnt. now, people are coming out in my favour, you blame me on this, you tell me im inciting people, you call me a martyr, and all the time, you keep posting the same old shi.t. you dont see it. your eyes are blinkered. you only see what you want to see. you didnt give me the box, and now your saying you should have. so whos two faced now? i apologised, no matter when, for what i said. but you, and the other mods did not accept it. you are seeing whats commonly known as sympathy when folk come out like this. and your trying to hide your wrongdoing.

so i suggest you put down your rapier, because im telling people NOT to back me up. but you keep coming back and trying to prove yourself right. and its making YOU look worse, not me.

I keep saying the same thing over and over because you keep engaging in a campaign of misinformation, changing your story and attacking Moderators. Your "bait and switch" tactics are on display. And you just used another -- you claim you apologized to me -- please, direct all of us to that apology.

Although you have at various times denied posting an offer of A Fair Forgery and admitted posting an offer, today you concocted the justification that you posted the offer but you weren't serious and you did it to spite me. By doing this, you have admitted a separate and distinct trolling violation.

I have nothing to hide -- I have consistenly explained what I did and why I did it. That consistent and accurate explanation has not wavered regardless of the myraid changing stories that you have invented over the past couple of days.

and you, of course,you are entitled to your opinion as a poster. but by saying this, you are condoning them giving me a box in which i dont deserve. you are on the board longer than me. you know them better. so your opinion counts, as well as mine.

i appreciate your input to this discussion, it has gone down in writing. thank you , sea green queen, you valuable knowledge is always welcome in this type of arguement. it may help in the end, or it may not. but at least you played a part in it.
