Oh. I didn't know that, I thought they all came from the Ikonboard Smiley Emporium. How do we submit them, just through a PM?
I think all of the current ones available, with the exception of the Santa smilie and the PF hammers  , are from the Ikonboard smilies. There used to be more custom made ones but they were removed for whatever reason.
PFOnline would be the one to submit smilies to. You could either email the graphics to him or upload them and then email or pm him the link to the image. I don't know if he accepts file attachments so it would probably be better to upload your image and then send him the link where he can view/download the graphic. If you don't already have online storage space, you could use a free service such as photobucket.com or imagecloset.com for uploading your images.
PFOnline may or may not be interested in adding more smilies but if you come up with a good or useful one, he might just add it.

Seriously, one beating another to death with a brick. I'd use that constantly.
I'd make it myself but, due to cerebral palsey, even my art on MS paint is quite... Inferior, if you will.
