seriously, this has been covered many times...please try to report and ignore it....please? It's much like a bad show on tv...

And if there are 4-5 spams in on forum (they tend to be in the "Pink Floyd" forum -- just report the first one -- we'll get the rest when we go to delete the reported one

Personally and I hate to be a pain, but the post was asking a question as to what can we do about it? Unfortunately it seems thta there is nothing we can do, but I do feel that someone shouldn't be flamed for asking a question. ???

Anyways, is there anyway that "all" these threads that are made up regarding Spam (I have made one also) can be merged? Or do you Mods not have that ability? I know the forum I ran Mods used to be able to, but I also understand that each forum has its' own capabilities.

Hopefully PFO will give you guys the ability to just delete users that are spam, or at least bann their e-mails.

I am not trying to create trouble here just trying to help, it would be great if we could all band together to rid ourselves of this rubbish.

this is the last response before I lock this thread....The mods have explained on several occasions what the deal is with the spam...we're currently doing everything in our power to deleted and ban spambots as soon as possible..
PLEASE....PLEASE....PLEASE....as forum members we appreciate your help reporting spam..W1P has clearly posted the procedure for reporting spam in the thread pinned above....this is currently the only way we have to handle this situation....while we appreciate your input,
this is a dead horse! ... the powers that be have done all possible to help us and continue to look for new ideas...
thanks for your patience, from this point on threads posted on this topic will be deleted...
