My ever faithful dad bought me mine for Christmas and my ex-boss ordered me one. I did an A/B test of the remastered jobs and the WYWH, ANimals and The Wall remasters are the UK 1992 whereas the Capitol 2000 issues are the 1997 Sony remasters with UK art. I sold the one my ex-boss ordered and kept the one my dad got me and the one my dad got me is PERFECT except I switched wax sleeves with paper sleeves so discs don't get damaged. Best way to get discs out is to gently slide from sleeve and gently put back in.

Those who want the catalog and/or albums with original art, go for it. Those who are casual fans, stay clear.

The band is not into releasing its BBC Sessions. The Wall Live DVD will probably be a long wait, There are no unreleased tracks and demos left in the vault and all of the stuff is out anyway due to bootlegging.

If I didn't already own every album in this box set, I would love to own it. I might still buy it once I'm finished school, after all my current ones might get scratched and these are probably better remasters. (I've always found that Pink Floyd albums sound like they're mixed quieter than nearly every other CD I own.) I also have a huge soft spot for mini-LP style cases. The case to Coldplay's Viva La Vida? Absolutely love it...

I've just joined this forum and I was wondering if anybody could answer a question regarding this boxset? I've recently bought it and on 'Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun' from 'Saucerful of Secrets' there are two weird edits around 2:30min in, I was wondering if other people have noticed this or whether my CD is faulty?

This really bothers me... if only I hadn't spent hundreds of dollars over 3 years buying every album in cd and LP format. Only two words can make me happy right now...... LIVE WALL!!!!!!!!!
