RE: The greatest Pink Floyd instrumentals
Maybe the idea of Pink Floyd recording someone making and then eating breakfast was "psychedelic" to them. I don't know.

Maybe David slipped the content of his cigarettes into Alan's sammich. That would explain quite much.

Some love for Mudmen! I think it's a great companion piece to Burning Bridges.

I personally think Mudmen is even far better than Burning Bridges. It's David's masterpiece when it comes to emotional guitar playing.

Also, nice to see somebody else who likes Sysyphus. :)

Mudmen is awesome. Some great guitar playing, indeed. Obscured by Clouds is just a great album all together. Obscured by Clouds/When You're In are great ones too.

You have to be trusted by the people that you lie to, so that when they turn their backs on you, you'll get the chance to put the knife in.

The only thing I hate about it is the ending to Absolutely Curtains. Makes me want to eat my speakers.

Great album altogether and criminally underrated, even amongst PF fans. It's why I love it so much.

So true... I don't even get why it doesn't get any mainstream attention. Songs like Stay, Burning Bridges and Free Four could easily have been hits in my opinion.
