I want everyone to understand how much I appreciate you submitting the information on these tribute gigs. To make it easier on me, please submit the information like this:

Month 22 -- Floyd Tribute Band Name, Venue Name, City State (or country)

Please note the following format rules:

1. The month is spelled out and goes first
2. The date is numeric only -- no "th" or "rd" etc.
3. Two dashes (--) after the date.
4. Band name is followed by a comma
5. Venue name is followed by a comma (no phone numbers or start times, etc.)
6. If US/Canada gig, city name and two character state/province code (e.g., CA, NY, MA, UT)
7. If international gig, city name and country (and perhaps other provincial identifier as might be appropriate in your jurisidiction.
8. You can add info in parens at the end (such as any album you might be playing or who else is on the bill) -- I may decide not to include such extra info.
