Brick in the wall . . .
The Roger Waters set at Coachella is still fresh in my mind. I went and youtubed every pink floyd video I could after the show. one that came up was the Korn cover of another brick in the wall . . . it is amazing. The live Korn Live at Montreux Dvd comes out next tuesday. check out the A.D.I.D.A.S. video . . .

Cool. I like Korn. They rock. Roger Waters musta been awesome.

I haven't heard of korn covering Brick. I bet it's good, too.

My brother has the Korn version of it, they do all three parts in one song, and I think it sucks - big time.

RE: Brick in the wall . . .
HA! I've seen Korn before in concert. I thought, for a rowdy summer day in the hot sun, over priced warm vendor beer, they were a fine opening act. I laughed my butt off when they all came out on those lowrider bikes. It was the first time I'd seen Korn, or those kind of bycicles Laughing

I myself don't find what I've heard of their music something I'd sit around and just listen to. I've got no hate for them either.

I would say, if they did Floyd songs in the style that I know of as Korn? I'd most certainly not like it for reasons stated.

I CAN say, that I've always wanted to make friends with female fans of that genre' of music Wub Tongue Wub Thats why I was at the show right off, I was with a female fan of the band.

I had a good time Whistling

The grass was greener
The light was brighter
The taste was sweeter
The nights of wonder
With friends surrounded
The dawn mist glowing
The water flowing
The endless river
Forever and ever.

One time as a cashier, I told a customer who was buying nothing other than condoms to have a good evening. After he left, I had a good snicker about it.

Is that the good time you had, hmm?

Indeed wasn't it done for a film?

Korn is just a band that makes me really really really angry when i listen to them. not the good kind of angry either. the "this really sucks and i would like to hit something" angry. their bass player and his tone sucks to all hell.

on another note. their cover of "Another Brick in the Wall" is one of those things that could rip a hole in the universe.
Its things like this and Danger Mouse doing the Grey Album is would could end it all for the human race.

well, regardless of what you think of Korn, they have influenced music in their own way. One of the biggest bands in the past couple decades for sure.
