Roger - post concert
Can anybody advise if it's worth waiting to catch an autograph from Roger - post gig? I have a drumskin signed by Messrs Gilmour and Wright and am keen to catch God after Liverpool - is it worth waiting back after the show?

Failed! Nothing to do with Rog though - the Liverpool Arena is a new build and backstage access is via an underground carpark which was heavy with Stewards and Police! Great gig though, same as all other '165' DSOTM shows but an incredible audience with an atmoshphere akin to a football match at times. Roger was blown away and commented on this. I've never seen him as animated before and he had the 10,000 crowd eating out of his hand - brilliant night, hopefully we will see another tour at some stage in the future.

Sweet Man thanks for the Update. I have allways wanted to see if I could catch an Autograph from him at some point.

Is there anyone here that has had sucsess or heard rumors about how freindly he is giving out Autographs after or before shows?

ohh sorry to hear you failed... that would have been quite exciting getting an autograph. but dont dwell on it, it doesnt seem you are which is good because you got to go to the concert :D i envy you. does everyone here (well we are on the Roger forum i guess) prefer Roger concerts over Gilmour's? I know David did Pulse but has he done anything since really?
oh and i live in far north australia. is either of them coming to Australia in the future do you know?
ps- on the autograph thing, i went to an Elton concert last december (in townsville if anyone knows the one) and was in the bronze seats (crappy grandstand) ... but i was sooo jealous of people in 'gold' who were right up the front that i managed to get through two sets of security guards (twice each ahha) and actually get an autograph! Laughing he was very willing, devoted over 10 minutes during his concert for it... and im sure roger would happily sign, i know he used to be known as a sort of egomaniac but if he ever was he has sure settled down and i cant see him denying it :)
sorry this is so long - would love to hear back though.

I saw him in Woodlands, TX a couple weeks ago. He stayed at the same hotel as me. I found this out from the girl at the hotel coffee shop, apparently I missed him by ten minutes at the coffee shop the day after the concert! Talk about $hit timing on my part!

Hi, not after a show, but I wrote to him about the great Sydney 26 Jan 07 show, and he sent a signed pic back to me - awesome.
