I've just listened to "Amused To Death", a television-themed album and I must say it's pretty good! It's no Pink Floyd but it's cool anyway. This is the only solo album by Roger I've heard since it's the only one that everyone thought was as good as a Floyd album. My fave tracks are the first two "What God Wants" songs, "Watching TV", the title track and, the best, IMO, "The Bravery Of Being Out Of Range", which has a line from "Sheep" ("I looked over Jordan and what did I see?"), which, coincidentally, is my fave Pink Floyd song.
I think I'll listen to the other solo albums now. :D

that's such a great album. i hear something new in it everytime i listen to it. there's a lot hidden, and a lot that takes a couple times to bring everything together into perspective :Oo:

It's equally as good and as important as Rogers other great albums, such as "Dark Side of the Moon" and "The Wall"

delusional is someone who cannot give someone credit for what they did, even when they wrote the ENTIRE THING...tell me who other than Roger wrote those immortal words?

Pink Floyd Online is a forum where all should feel free to express their opinions without fear of flaming from their fellow posters. It is one thing to have a disagreement of opinion--this can be done civilly and be extremely enlighening. But it is another to engage in attacks. It doesn't matter what "side" of an issue the attacks are against--it is the same thing, and it won't be tolerated here.
