Well, for those of you who don't know, about 3 hours ago (approx 7:45pm BST) Google launched their Google Chrome web browser. I have never been a fan of IE and have used IE, Opera, Safari and Firefox in the past, and of those, Firefox is the best. But for those of you who tire of Firefox's little problems the answer is Chrome.

I've been using it for about an hour now and I'm very impressed, it's very very fast and Google are promising lots of little goodies for it in the near future, if anyone's interested I highly recommend it.

See, in my experience everyone who starts using Firefox literally creams their pants within the first hour of using it, which seems to be exactly what you've done in response to Google Chrome.

Just saying, it's a bit early for such a shining review, isn't it?

Lol No, but it is very good. When it's Flash player is updated it will definitely become my default browser.

I tried it briefly last night, looks promising but they have to upgrade a bit, here's an interesting review

On investigating this thread, I`m a tad disappointed.

Well it has only been released for less than 24 hours, and it's still in the beta stage.

I realize that, but in this day and age of computer users expecting things to work right when released and do do things better than the competion and/or previous versions I am surprised that they released it as is

That and, from what I've heard common settings are difficult to find and the whole thing is a little counter-intuitive.

I shall try it myself tomorrow, I think.

It sucks. Either it was my internet connection last night or it refused to open a page, so it sucks.
