Perhaps you should just face the fact that you and your avatar are different and try to seek compromise and contentment with the things you do like instead of trying to change your avatar.
If you change and create this avatar the way you see fit, do you think the avatar will be happy being what you want instead of the way the avatar wants?
Just accept the issues you love about the avatar and maybe look at yourself and figure out why you want to change the avatar. You might both find better happiness.

And if that does work, I suggest using sulfuric acid on your computer monitor. That should do the trick.
