For Guitar,do you people use Music Notes or Guitar Tabs.

I read Notes

As a professional Guitar teacher i read both the notation and tabs. When i teach my students i encourage the read of music as it can help timing and also help you maintain the song structre alot more easier.

I should learn to read tabs too, but notes are in the first place for now.

I can't read either fluently, although if I really have to I can read both.

I wouldn't even know where to begin with notes. I can only read tabs.

I read both, notes for my classical guitar and tab for electric.

I read both, but I prefer tabs. Tabs are very easy and fun, while notes are harder. I also enjoy Guitar World magazine's tabs, as they show the rhythm like notes, and they are correct, unlike some tabs on the internet.
