Favourite Bootleg?
There is this awesome Bootleg greatest hits compilation (weird I know) called Pink Floyd Double Hits... really good, has a song off of every studio album.

There are a lot of Floyd bootlegs (Check the database) Floyd is awesome live, and bands shouldn't be happy with unauthorized recordings, but Pink Floyd has many bootlegs up to par (or better) than their live albums. (listen to the bootleg Focus [1970] and Green is the Colour [1969])

I'm partial to Eclipse - a Piece for Assorted Lunatics. As the name suggests, it's a live recording of the 'working' version of Dark Side of the Moon - plus an awesome supporting set featuring "One of These Days", "Careful With That Axe, Eugene", "Echoes", "Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun", "Childhood's End", and "Blues".

(For those curious, here's that version of "Childhood's End", compliments of my YouTube channel. ;D)

There's also another from the 'Momentary Lapse' tour, Prism, that I like quite a lot as well. It features a typical set from the beginning of the tour (which is pretty different in places from Delicate Sound of Thunder), including opening the show with "Echoes". It also has one of the best live versions of "Another Brick In The Wall Part II" I think I've ever heard. David is really on fire that night.

For some reason, my copy of Treefull of Secrets has a weird, audible hiss on every single track (of every CD) - makes it nearly unlistenable, and certainly I only listen to it for trivial pursuits and rarely for pleasure. Is this just what it sounds like? Or whoever encoded the MP3s I have seriously screwed up?

I'd really like a non-hissing version of "Pigs on the Wing 1 and 2", 'cause that Snowy guitar solo is seriously sexy.

No, your version isn't weird; it's just low quality. Don't waste your time downloading all 16 CDs or whatever, it's mostly obscure, barely-audible versions of songs (e.g. radio edits) that nobody cares about. There's hardly any live songs that define "Pink Floyd bootlegs." Go with the BBC Archives bootlegs instead.
