What are your favorite Floyd moments that have made you laugh? I had at least two in mind, but I can only remember one:

From The Syd Barrett and Pink Floyd Story, where it shows Roger and Syd being interviewed on Look Of The Week, and the bald guy with the mustache says "Why must it always be so terribly loud?" and then it cuts to Nick mocking the guy. That was funny.

One of my favourite moments is from the Pompeii gig.. When Adrian, the director, asks Roger, David, Rick and Nick about the Pink Floyd sound and he asks "But seriously, you think you need any talent at all?".. and all the guys laugh out loud and David replies.. "Well why arent millions and millions of imitators of the Pink Floyd sound? Why isnt everyone else as successful ?" .

Funny stuff :D

And of course: '... we didn't grow up in the string quartet, I guess that could be one of the reasons...'

I remember the other one now, it was a sound file of Roger at a live show in the late 70's when he was performing Pigs On The Wing, and certain people in the audience were distracting him, because they were setting off fireworks and wouldn't stop yelling, and he says:

"Oh... for fuck's sakes, stop letting off fireworks and shouting and screaming, I'm trying to sing a song! I mean I don't care, if you don't want to hear it, you know... fuck you, I'm sure there are a lot of people here who do want to hear it. Why don't you just be quiet? You want to let your fireworks off go outside and let them off out there. And if you want to shout and scream and holler go do it out there, but I'm trying to sing a song that some people want to listen to it. I want to listen to it."

And when they're getting interviewed by Hans Keller (the old bald dude) and he says "I grew up in a string quartet" and Roger and Syd give each other a look like "WTF?"
