Mason in Pompeii
Wow pretty baked and just watched the entire Echoes in Pompeii performance. Outstanding. In front of no audience and each member is giving their all. Soo symbolic. But I noticed throughout the entire Pompeii show Mason is giving 110%. I absolutely loved his energy in 'Echoes'. and double that in 'One of These Days'....Mason was amazing in that song, especially towards the end when the drumstick flys out of his hand and he recovers so perfect......haha it will never get old !! loved Mason in Pomeii, what are your guys thoughts??

Definitely have to agree with you on "One of These Days", The whole video was about Nick.

I love that dvd although to be honest i think that whole dvd is pretty much Mason they need to show more individual shots hence why the original is better than the directors cut.

I also had watched it baked last night, though my favorite part is watching Mason in all the songs so I love that he is shown so often. Best Floydian eva. And the only drummer to pull off a butterfly shirt. lol.

Nick was great in Live at Pompeii. Definitely one of the few drummers I've seen pull that off while completely wasted. That and the butterfly shirt, of course. I always wondered if he swiped it from Lindy when she wasn't looking. LOL

Didnt he do multiple songs on the movie with that shirt? I swore he was wearing it like three other times

Echoes he was wearing a black wife-beater with white trim, for ASOS he was wearing a black wife-beater with white trim, for CWTAE he's wearing the butterfly shirt, for OOTD he's wearing the butterfly shirt and a pretty sweet headband and for Mademoiselle Nobs, I don't remember seeing him.

So that's the breakdown of one Mr. Nicholas Berkeley Mason's fashions from Pompeii.

One of these days he'll tell us just what pie crust did to him to make him hate it so much.
