Just digging through a closet and found 2 vinyl German bootleg albums. Looks like I'm going to have to find a turntable to listen to them. First is titled Eclipsed, a 2 album set recorded from live stereo FM concert. Album 1: In Celebration of the Comet Kahoutek. Album 2: Floyd's of London BBC Concert. Both published by Ruthless Rhymes LTD 1971. Second album is titled Stairstep to Abandon. No publisher, nothing. Anybody know about the quality of these albums? Is it worth going out and buying a turntable to listen to them? Maybe better to find someone to transfer them to CD? Thanks,
Mark

Is the BBC recording the one I think it is, (i.e containing arguably the best live version of Echoes ever)?

I found a few German ones as well, the Kinks, Slade & T.REX. They was very good, just like listening to the originals.

Haha, my drama coach gave me a cool German Kinks vinyl a while back, it's pretty cool.
