The stuff he made with BSSM, Californication, By The Way and Stadium Arcadium is epic. Even Dave Navarro, who is a phenomenal guitarist in Jane's Addiction could not reach the chemistry between John, AK, Flea and Chad.

Yea RHCP was my favorite band before PF. Its really too bad either way Im looking forward to a CD at all... Although RHCP without JF again seems a bit uninteresting.

That's unfortunate news. Personally, I'd be happy to have Dave Navarro back in the fold, as I've always loved that album he was on, but that would never happen again....too much bad blood. Whatever Frusciante chooses to do is bound to be great though, so looking forward to hearing something.

I don't like the Chilli Peppers, so I don't really care. One of my friends keeps telling me I should listen to John's solo stuff because it's different to the Chilli's, and he's a huge fan of Syd Barrett. I remember hearing he performed Syd's version of "Golden Hair" during a solo tour.

My Lord... Though I don't know RHCP's creation very much, I'm really sad because of John's departure.(((( Rock is dying. Really.
