Jay gave the Tonight Show to Conan, just like Johnny did to him and Conan did to Jimmy, and now NBC just going to take it right back? Not anyone can just get the Tonight Show, it takes an immense amount of work, time and effort. Conan hosted a show almost nightly for over 17 years and now all that time and effort is just going to disintegrate in seven months. He deserves the Tonight Show.

Back in 2004, Conan was told he'd get the Tonight Show in 2009 when Leno's contract was up. So Conan takes over, and because Jay Leno apparently has photos of all the NBC execs ffucking goats, they gave him a show at 10pm. His ratings sucked. As a lead-in to the late night news, that meant the late news ratings would suck as well. As a lead-in to the Tonight Show, that means the Tonight Show ratings were going to go down. So after 7 months, they cancel Jay's show. Now he wants the Tonight Show back and is going to get it.
This is the thing, though. Conan is getting $30 million rather than the $60 million he is supposed to be paid. That means they probably waived the non-compete clause in his contract, which means he can take his act to another network. He should go to Fox, they'll let him do whatever the hell he wants.
Eff Jay Leno.

Well..Jay doesn't exactly want the Tonight Show back..NBC wants to do a half hour program before Conan's tonight show at Jay's old timeslot.
