At least it shows he's still making music. I'd love to hear something new from him and after OAI came out, he did an interview where he said he wasn't done yet.....so here's hoping.

Wait, all it says is he worked with Brian Ferry. It doesn't mean he's working on a new album.

We know that. I think people are just excited that he's doing some work and hoping that this means we could hear some new music from him soon.

I don't think it'll be very long 'til we hear more from Mr. Gilmour.

I hope so. I know he's said several times that he's not done and he wants to make another album. Apparently there was a lot of stuff left over from the On an Island sessions.

He could put out an album of him singing the alphabet song and I'd buy it. I love him. Love, love, love him.

Live in Gdansk was on Palladia Easter Sunday. It was neat to see 12 people in my house, all different ages watching and commenting on how great it was. Other than my son and my girlfriend, none have even heard of David Gilmour. Of course when he played Breathe & Time, most recognized those songs. Interesting note though........when he played On an Island, my mom is like "this is awesome!"......................

If they haven't heard of David Gilmour, you need to introduce them to him. To me, that would be like not knowing what a cloud looks like.
