What album should i buy next?
Hello, i was wondering which Roger Waters album should i buy next. Should i buy the Pros and Cons of Hitchhiking or Radio K.A.O.S.? I already have Amused to Death and i really love it. Any suggestions?

I'm a fan of Radio K.A.O.S., many complain about the 80's production, but you can't turn back time. That's what I'd suggest...or the ever popular The Final Cut... :-)

c.

And now the final solution can be applied.

Whichever you can find for the least amount of money on Amazon, would be the most practical answer.
I love them both but happen to think The Pros And Cons Of Hitch-hiking is a glorious album although it may need some fermenting to find it's pleasures. Radio K.A.O.S. is often criticized due to it's period of creation but there's lots of good stuff there I think
I say get a good used copy of Pros And Cons and sink into it for a few weeks.

LOL. It's certainly more Roger than anyone else. In fact, that would be my suggestion. Go listen to The Final Cut. If you can enjoy it, you're a better person than I.

Yeah....The Final Cut's a beauty....the hell with the naysayers. If you can, try to seek out the "When The Wind Blows" soundtrack. Folded Flags and Towers Of Faith rank among his best songs ever...and they remain virtually unknown....

Pros and Cons sounds more like the Wall in my opinion. Radio KAOS is different and had to grow on me. If you can find Folded Flags and Towers of Faith though...awesome stuff. If you're looking for a good sample, get the In the Flesh CD...

The Final Cut and Amused To Death are about his best work in my opinion. Absolutely flawless albums.

Amused to Death is my favorite, the Final Cut is a beauty; I would take Pros and Cons over KOAS any day. My suggestion, search torrent sites to get folded flags & Towers of Faith unless you can find the soundtrack somewhere.

So: Pros & Cons and Folded Flags/Towers of Faith.

Actually, look for the songs from that soundtrack by themselves anyway as the whole album runs together (can't skip tracks) which is a royal pain. I have the CD and ended up grabbing those two songs off of it and cutting them myself.

Radio KAOS isn't bad just not as good as Pros (My opinion)
