They're not really funny, though. One is David's school picture, one is a picture of the band and their families on the beach, and the last one is David when he received his honorary doctorate.

I didn't even know he could ice skate, which is partly why I found the picture funny. I mean, one of the greatest rock guitarists of all time is on an ice rink in Brighton with a wooden penguin.....and no one appears to be batting an eyelash about that.

I tell you, such a multi-talented individual, that Mr. Gilmour is.

The reason the beach picture is funny is 100% due to Nick Mason. Everyone is in trunks and bathing suits and he's wearing jeans and a hat. lol
