Aussie Pink Floyd thread
http://voices.idahostatesman.com/2010/07...http://voices.idahostatesman.com/2010/07/29/mdeeds/australian_pink_floyd_perform_under_s

these guys never cease to amaze me. If they play shows in Boise like they have been, I'll be forever satisfied.

I'm actually going to see this rather than travel to Tacoma for Roger's tour.

Rest in Peace, Billy Mays

They are hands-down the best at what they do. I'm prejudiced of course, Ian is a former member of Childhood's End and a great friend.

And now the final solution can be applied.

I've missed these guys on a number of occasions for various reasons. but after watching that video, those reasons won't seem to matter.

I saw Aussie Floyd once and they were amazing. I will never forget how much Ian sounds like a young Roger.

Aussie coming to Boise around the time of Roger's tour is just about as convenient as it gets.

Looks like there are big changes afoot for TAPFS although it won't be so different for us in the states. The N.A. version of TAPFS is becoming Brit Floyd after this falls TAPFS tour, the actual Aussie members of TAPFS (Jason, Steve and Colin) will remain under the same moniker. TAPFS will probably not tour in N.A. as it has been the choice of these specific members (besides Jason) for several years.
I hope this is a clean transition for them as I have friends in both camps.

And now the final solution can be applied.

No foolin', I had breakfast with Ian this morning and all of the details still aren't in line.

RE: Aussie Pink Floyd thread
So what does this mean for the supposed concert they're having in October? Will it be BritFloyd that I'll be seeing?

Rest in Peace, Billy Mays

RE: Aussie Pink Floyd thread
I believe this fall's tour will still be label TAPFS, but keep in mind the actual Australian members of the band haven't toured N.A. for years. For us in the U.s. it's a name change only.

And now the final solution can be applied.
