I really need to start listening to bootlegs; they seem quite popular. I do know that probably none of them beats Live in Pompeii.

Actually, quite a few of them do. Live at Pompeii isn't a bootleg anyway. People have ripped the soundtrack from the film, but it's not like there were a bunch of people aside from the crew, standing around with microphones recording them while they recorded the film.

Now, as for my Top Ten must haves:

1. Cruel But Fair -- Sports Arena, Los Angeles; April 26th, 1975
2. Mr. Pig -- Oakland Alameda Coliseum, Oakland; May 9th, 1977
3. For Reasons I Don't Understand -- Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland; November 6th, 1971
4. Meddled -- Paris Cinema, London; September 30th, 1971
5. Would You Buy A Ticket To This Show -- Omni Coliseum, Atlanta; November 3rd, 1987
6. Out Of This World -- Earls Court, London; October 20th, 1994 (The show that was recorded for PULSE, and it's unedited)
7. Bowl de Luna -- Hollywood Bowl, Los Angeles; September 22nd, 1972
8. Boston Music Hall -- Music Hall, Boston; March 14th, 1973
9. Run Like F*ck -- Sports Arena, Exposition Park, LA; February 13th, 1980
TIE 10. An Hour With Pink Floyd -- KQED Studios, San Francisco; April 29th, 1970 / Interstellar Fillmore -- Fillmore West, San Francisco; April 29th, 1970

Lady Floydian, thanks for an excellent list. I'll listen to these when I get a chance.

Shocking. Positively shocking.

It's kind of hard to do that, because they toured some albums more than once, or over a span of more than a year. For example, the material on The Dark Side of the Moon they performed live from 1972 to 1975. I couldn't possibly pick just one performance out of a four year span for one album. So I went by tour, which is better. Each one of those boots represents a tour, not an album. Especially since they did more than one album's worth of material in a show, in some instances.

You're very welcome. I hope you do, and I hope you like them as much as I do.

Lady Floydian, I'm having a hard time finding several of these. Any recommendation for corners of the web where I can scour these?

If none of what you're looking for is on those three sites, or the links aren't active anymore, you'll have to Google search the titles. Basically type in "Pink Floyd Mr. Pig 1977", and I guarantee you'll get hits.
