Oy, the things government concerns themselves with. Who cares about a bike shed? It's on his property, right? In a perfect world, David would go out there and take some spray paint and scrawl "Mother, should I trust the government?" on it.

I can understand if it was something like this....


But I like David's shed and think it is suited too, some people are just jealous that's all.

I personally think the shed looks horrid but that's not really the point now.

It would be silly if he has to go to court for this, but on the other hand, this being his property doesn't mean he can do whatever he wants. Just try buying a house in a city and paint it completely in bright, flashy pink.

Is the complaint about the color, or the shed itself? it seems like a nice looking shed to me. The color can easily be changed if that's causing a problem. I'd like to see the property of the person who filed the complaint.........

The most ridiculous part of this story is that the papers think it's hot news stuff. Don't they have more serious issues to write about.

Size can be deceiving, it's what is inside the shed that is worrying neighbours.

Or seriously, doesn't the govt have more important things to worry about. Simply mindboggling to me at the things govts want to control when in reality they are barely controlling the whole damn country.
