SPOILERS ALERT!!!!
I absolutely love it. The whole thing I call it the naked version, no voices, no heartbeat, little reverb, and no Clare Torry. It must have been done in late '72. Some of my highlights were "The Great Gig...", as much as I missed Clare's voice I have always wanted to hear this without her, simply because I am obsessed with Rick's Hammond on this album and sounds amazing. "Us and Them" this version is now my favourite out of all the mix's. I always wanted to hear ever since I saw "Pompeii" for the first time, Dick Parry's full Sax solo in the song, and I love how they started the song with just the Piano and Sax, I picture two people dancing. "Any Colour You Like"......love Dave's Scat vocals now heard clear as day.

One thing amazing about this mix.....all the insturments are crystal clear it sounds amazing.

Yeah, this is much like the Beatles release "Let It Be.....naked", without all the processing and whatnot. I will say, a lot of the songs really needed that processing, though. For example, Us and Them just doesn't sound right without the reverb and echo. I can appreciate that it's different, and it gives the song a different feeling......but that echo is critical, IMO.

Overall, the mix is very enjoyable, but it's not going to be replacing the finished version.
