Isn't Chris Squire a bassist? I've never thought of him as a guitarist, especially not with a giant like Steve Howe in the band ;-).
Anyway, I want to put forward, Peter Green (Fleetwood Mac ) and Justin Hayward (Moody Blues). Alvin Lee (Ten Years After) is also a guitar great who isn't often mentioned.
