Big thanks! We were in a rehearsal room in Bulgaria. We played together for about hour and a half (for first time ever) and then decided to record, as our time was running off (we paid for two hours). Do you think that we have captured the vibe of the original without sounding too close to it - that was at least my aim (I am the keyboardist)?

Not bad at all for the first time playing together. I wouldn't be too worried about catching the vibe or being perfect, that will come in time with hard work. It isn't going to happen in the first two hours together... or two hundred. :-)
